📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Support the management team in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a food service or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
