📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize profitability in our F&B outlets
• Monitor and analyze financial performance using Power BI and Excel, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with culinary and operational teams to reduce waste and streamline processes
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with budgetary targets and financial regulations
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost management
• Train and mentor junior staff on financial analysis and cost control principles
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, preferably in the F&B industry
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other financial analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in cost management or financial analysis is a plus
• Familiarity with hospitality industry operations is advantageous
