📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital advertising strategies that align with client goals and industry trends.
• Manage client accounts, including setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and optimizing results using tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular reports and insights.
• Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and client retention strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by achieving a minimum of 10% quarterly growth in client accounts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
