📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits and assessments of insurance underwriting processes to ensure compliance with OJK, OI, and other regulatory standards.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Advise on compliance strategies and risk mitigation measures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and review insurance policies, procedures, and practices to identify potential compliance issues.
• Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and risk management teams to address compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure timely updates to internal policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance compliance knowledge and skills.
• Ensure all compliance activities are documented and maintained in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance compliance, preferably in a regulatory or audit capacity.
• Strong knowledge of OJK, OI, and other relevant insurance regulations.
• Certification in insurance compliance or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with compliance management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
