📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and job satisfaction.
• Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our company.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, addressing their concerns and needs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, helping them grow and develop in their roles.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve our HR processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with department heads and management to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR teams and driving HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively in HR practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
