📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payments using SAP and Excel
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies
• Monitor payment deadlines and ensure timely processing
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on accounts payable activities
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reconciliations
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related roles
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus
