📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using Alphacam/NX 5-Axis software for high-precision machining
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure CNC programs meet quality and efficiency standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC programming and machining processes
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high production standards
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all CNC programs and machining processes
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and software
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff and machinists
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry
• Proficient in Alphacam/NX 5-Axis software and other relevant CAD/CAM tools
• Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Certification in CNC programming or related field is a plus
• Fluency in English is a plus
