📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Write and edit technical articles for our website and blog.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the development of our documentation style guide.,Assist in the creation of training materials for new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Creative and detail-oriented mindset.
