📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide strategic recommendations.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor and control cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior finance management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead a team.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Certifications in finance or accounting are a plus.
