📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage production, ensuring high-quality standards are met.,Manage and train production staff to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent disruptions in production.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized production area at all times.,Handle any production-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant production or a related field.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
