📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Manage and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate patient care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Conduct staff training sessions to maintain and improve clinical skills.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.
- Manage patient admissions and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition of care.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the healthcare industry.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring nursing staff.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
