PT Unggul Mulya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team in Manado. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs that enhance employee performance and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Design and conduct training workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Monitor and track training progress, attendance, and participant feedback.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and methodologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
