📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the structural design and analysis of various projects.
  • Ensuring all designs meet safety, functionality, and sustainability standards.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Conducting site inspections and providing technical support during construction.
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Preparing detailed technical reports and presentations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PE, SECB, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
