📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.,Identify and pursue sales opportunities to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure consistent performance.,Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or medical representative role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
