GLEAM Sejahtera is seeking a Lead IT Support to join our team in Sleman. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for helping others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.,Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.,Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Provide guidance and support to employees on IT-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
