📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketing, to deliver high-quality audio products.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project and Asana.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues that could impact project success.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO and IEC.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with company objectives.
• Provide project-related training and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the audio or electronics industry.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
