📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management, payroll, and insurance.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and provide onboarding support.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of training programs.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
