Makmur Wati Coffee is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required reports to the relevant authorities.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.,Provide support to the finance manager in financial analysis and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
