📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Document and maintain IT support records and reports.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Work with the IT team to identify and resolve IT issues and improve system performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Familiarity with network and system administration.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.
