In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP FICO modules
• Design, develop, and implement SAP FICO solutions to support FamilyMart's financial processes
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across our retail network
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
• Provide technical support and training to finance and accounting teams on SAP FICO
• Monitor and optimize SAP FICO performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP FICO and industry trends to drive continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
• Certification in SAP FICO modules (SAP FI/CO, SAP SD, SAP MM, or SAP PP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of retail industry and convenience retail operations is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
