📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of employees to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Maintain accurate sales and financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Experience in managing a team and motivating staff.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with retail operations and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
