PT Pilar Wana is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Outlet. This is a hybrid position, combining both office and field work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our retail outlets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations, including stock management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that all outlet products are displayed attractively and are in good condition.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Participate in promotional activities and sales events.,Monitor and report outlet performance metrics.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and field).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
