📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

Develop and implement menus, ensuring they align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.

Manage a team of chefs and ensure they are trained and motivated.

Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Participate in staff training and development.

Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.

Work closely with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.

Proven track record of success in managing kitchen staff and operations.

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international culinary trends.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Willingness to travel and work overtime when necessary.
