Point Gold Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Gresik, Jawa Timur. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a professional who can manage our fleet operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and be able to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and other operational metrics to optimize fleet performance.,Handle vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Generate and maintain accurate records of fleet operations and performance.,Provide regular reports to management on fleet status and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
