📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, both in digital and field operations.
• Gather and analyze evidence using tools like Tableau and Splunk to identify patterns and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fraud prevention strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest fraud trends and best practices in the financial industry.
• Provide training and guidance to junior investigators.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Work closely with law enforcement agencies when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fraud investigation, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of fraud detection tools and software, such as Fraud Analytics or SAS Fraud Management.
• Certification in Certified Anti-Fraud Professional (CAFP) or similar is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and laws is a plus.
