📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and maintain best practices in crop production, soil management, and pest control.
• Monitor and maintain farm equipment and machinery.
• Conduct regular soil tests and analyze results to optimize crop yield.
• Develop and implement pest and disease management plans.
• Assist in the preparation of planting and harvesting schedules.
• Collaborate with the farm manager to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Train and supervise farm workers on agricultural techniques and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of farm activities and crop yields.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in farm management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with agricultural software such as FarmLogs, AgriWeb, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of sustainable and organic farming practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate farm equipment.
• Fluency in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
