📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 5-8 retail staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.
• Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and recognize outstanding performance.
• Monitor and report sales performance, working towards monthly targets of Rp 100 million.
• Implement and enforce store policies to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with retail partners to ensure smooth operations and effective promotions.
• Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
