📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of banquet events, including setting up tables, decorating, and arranging food and beverages.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure that all event details are accurately communicated and executed.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.,Clean and organize the banquet area after the event, ensuring it is ready for the next use.,Assist in the inventory management of banquet supplies and equipment.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of banquet events.,Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, including but not limited to, confidentiality and data protection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.,Familiarity with basic banquet equipment and supplies.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
