📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main teller in handling customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.,Follow all banking regulations and procedures.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.,Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and procedures.,Ability to work in a team environment.
