📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.,Maintain and update applicant databases and tracking systems.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in job fairs and career events.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
