📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement needs are met.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and maintain relationships with key suppliers.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
