📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for restaurant management systems.,Ensure that all documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date.,Collaborate with IT and restaurant staff to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency and quality.,Assist in the development and implementation of new technical solutions.,Provide technical support to restaurant staff as needed.,Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical documentation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills.,Familiarity with restaurant management systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
