📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and supply chain, to ensure that the store meets its business objectives.,Attend and participate in store meetings, training sessions, and other team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
