Golden Flexible Packaging is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Account Receivable - Financial Reconciliation & Reporting Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling accounts receivable, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and reconcile accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records.,Prepare and submit financial reports, including aged payables and receivables, to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer payment issues and maintain positive customer relationships.,Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.,Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns in accounts receivable.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
