📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all workers on-site.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of site workers and supervisors.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Report on project status and any issues to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
