📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage the café's budget and ensure that we are operating within our financial guidelines.,Train and develop our staff to ensure that they are providing a high-quality experience to our customers.,Ensure that our café is compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Work closely with our management team to develop and implement new initiatives and projects.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that our café is providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in the hospitality or café industry.,A strong understanding of the café industry and the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and management.,A strong understanding of budgeting and financial management, with the ability to manage the café's budget effectively.,A passion for coffee and a commitment to providing a high-quality experience to customers.,A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.,A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
