PT Duta Mitra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
