📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to customers during sales transactions.,Demonstrate and explain our products and services to customers.,Assist in setting up and configuring products to meet customer needs.,Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Participate in sales meetings and presentations to promote our products.,Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical sales or customer service role.,Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
