📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate workshops and learning sessions to support continuous development.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and align development initiatives with business goals.
• Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules and manuals.
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Foster a culture of learning and development through mentorship and coaching.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Cornerstone to track and manage training activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and organizational development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, or equivalent experience in HR or training roles.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR best practices.
