Smart Shop Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work to ensure the smooth operation of our retail stores.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the stores, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff to ensure high levels of productivity and service quality.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.
