In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
