📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to drive customer engagement.
• Manage and grow our social media following by analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Organize and execute events, both online and in-person, to build community and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor marketing efforts to meet those needs.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist in managing our email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and personalization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or a related field, with a strong focus on digital and social media.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management platforms.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact is a plus.
