📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and developing key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Monitoring client accounts and providing regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Attending industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
